Supported memories(SDRAM,eMMC) on RZ series

Hi, I'm concerned about the list of supported SDRAM & eMMC for RZ/G2L uP. Because SDRAM & eMMC used in reference designs are either low in-stock on component purchasing platforms or it's obsolete. 

Xilinx SoCs has a separate page on the list of supported memories which are tested properly: https://support.xilinx.com/s/article/65463?language=en_US. Does Renesas have any dedicated webpage like this? Or Is there any specs list that we need to keep in mind before selecting memories?
