We are developing a barcode camera with the RZA2M microprocessor (with DRP feature).
We are currently focusing on implementing the entire Barcode detection algorithm (Zxing Library) in DRP, to improve the decoding performance. We need to know some clear idea about those implementation process. Whether the DRP is feasible for implementing the entire barcode detection library or not. The library that we are trying to implement is available in the 2D-Barcode package that is provided.
We have previously implemented basic image processing kind of algorithms in DRP namely,
- Y8 to YUV422 conversion for providing input to JCU unit.
- Memcopy function.
- BitMatrix Rotation etc.
Currently, as I mentioned before we are planning to implement the barcode detection and decoding algorithms (Zxing library) in DRP. Kindly help as through the process. We need to know the Do's and Don'ts.
