RIIC0 : EEPROM

Hi All,

In RZA1H based custom design, we are interfaced EEPROM to I2C channel 0, but in RZRSK EEPROM is connected to I2C_CH3 and the same I2C_CH3 is used for IO Expanders and Audio also, so what changes are required in BSP V1.1.1(u-boot and kernel level) to program the PHY MAC ID into EEPROM(which is connected to RIIC0). In RZRSK RIIC0 is connected to TFT display.
