How to access On-Chip RAM with Linux

Hi All,

We are using Renesas RZ family microprocessor in our product. It is running Linux OS (Kernel 3.14.28)

We have 32MB external RAM. But due to enhancement in application RAM is not sufficient.

We would like to use On chip SRAM along with external RAM.

Is it possible to use on chip ram with external ram?

If Yes, How can I enable it?

Do I need to enable something in kernel? 

Can I access whole on chip RAM? Or only some portion of it?
