How to add SCIF and I2C device in rzg2l-smarc.dtsi and build the Image

Hi,

We are using RZG2L for our new development.

For reference, we are using RZG2L-SMARC-EVK board.

I am trying to add extra SCIF uart and i2c channel in the RZG2L-SMARC-EVK board.

As per document, I added code patch in rzg2l-smarc.dtsi file.

But after compiling using bitbake command, the patchs are not getting updated in Image files.

Can any one suggest the method to add extra peripherals in Linux BSP and how to compile it for newly added configuration.
